THE PEPLUM IS BACK!!!!!
The peplum, a flounce or flourish of fabric attached to the waist or hips of a garment, first started to appear on runways a few seasons ago and looks like it's here to stay. The peplum can be found on dresses, skirts, jackets and shirts. The flirty flip is one of spring's best silhouettes..if you know how to pull it off.
